Kyra Evans

Creator, Writer, Senior Editor

As a teenager, Kyra was a Primo Nerd. She tried everything she could to “fit in” but never quite made the mark. All that trying led to a number of experiences, the remembrance of which continues to make her wince well into her adulthood.

After giving birth to her daughter, Kyra began to think about all the things she wished she had known as a teenager. If only she could go back in time and give herself a little guidance… And so began The Hindsight Letters.

Originally launched as a personal project, THL quickly grew to a global community of readers and contributors spanning 6 continents. The project was eventually optioned into a pilot for CBC Radio, before winding down in 2012.

Today, Kyra Evans is the Managing Director and Partner of TORA TORA Branding Group.

Aw! What an amazing story! It sounds like you are a very busy woman with lots of wonderful things on the go! I’m so glad you like the concept of the blog. Like I touched on above in my bio, it’s amazing how having children changes your perspective on your past. We are always accepting submissions and would be thrilled if you ever wanted to submit a Hindsight Letter! Just visit the About The Site page for more info. Thanks for reading!
